We are seeking a highly capable and detail-driven Finance Executive to take ownership of key financial operations within a dynamic and growing organisation.

 

This role is suited to an ambitious finance professional who is currently progressing through their ACCA qualification and is ready to take on greater responsibility across core accounting functions, financial controls, and reporting support.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and authorise supplier invoices and customer billing in line with internal controls

• Oversee and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes end-to-end

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in the accounting system

• Perform and review bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records

• Maintain robust financial controls and adherence to internal procedures

• Assist in cash flow monitoring and basic financial reporting

• Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders as required

• Contribute to process improvements within the finance function

Requirements

• Actively studying towards ACCA qualification (part-qualified level preferred)

• Strong previous experience within a finance or accounting environment

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
