ELV TENDERING SPECIALIST

The role of Tendering Specialist (ELV) will have a pivotal role in ensuring the coordination of all aspects concerning the tendering process. The Tendering Specialist shall support with developing strategies to obtain viable projects through tenders, whilst ensuring that projects are planned and implemented in line with agreed criteria as awarded.

Main responsibilities:

• To review tender specifications, bill of quantities, and design drawings of ELV-related projects;

• To perform required site surveys and evaluate clients and systems requirements;

• Supervising in the preparation of quotations for ELV systems;

• Liaising with systems manufacturers and suppliers.

Skills, Qualifications & Attributes:

• Have adequate technical knowledge on ELV Fire Protection Systems.

• Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions;

• Have knowledge of quality and environmental systems, including the various ELV fire protection systems;

• Must have experience with AutoCAD, Word & Excel Software.
