ELV Project Lead

The ELV Project Lead shall provide guidance and oversee the coordination, commissioning and installation for the various projects under their responsibility.  

Duties include:
 

  • Leading the commissioning activities of assigned ELV projects on the different sites for domestic, commercial and/or industrial applications;

  • Attend any daily project coordination meetings at project site;

  • Ensure site installations by the ELV team or Sub-Contractors meet company quality standards, specifications and drawings;

  • Ensure that all test records are in accordance with the project quality compliance procedures;

  • Provide solutions to troubleshooting – including the diagnosing of technical problems and suggest/carry out repairs to rectify problems;

  • Checking, ordering and/or preparing materials and equipment required for the commissioning of services, whilst raising requisitions when required;

  • Ensure that project assigned to them is in line with pre-requisites for the project, including details on the BOQ, cost and time effectiveness.
     

We are looking for people who have: 
 

  • A minimum of three years’ experience working in a similar environment and with experience and with proven technical expertise in ELV systems;

  • Exposure and/or experience in leading/coaching people at project site;

  • A valid Driving License;

  • Be fluent in written and spoken English; 

  • Have a positive approach to people and work.
