Sales Manager

We are on the lookout for a Sales Manager to lead the company’s sales strategy and to provide the right insights to generate further demands, leads and revenues.  We want someone with a passion for Sales and even more enthusiastic about people and is ready to take up the challenge as our brand ambassador. 

Main Responsabilites: 

  • Devising strategies and techniques necessary for achieving sales targets and deciding on the future course of action for the sales team. 

  • Achieving realistic and achievable sales targets through planning and budgeting. 

  • Mapping existing and potential customers and generating demands, leads, and revenues for the organization, looking forward to generating new opportunities for the organization. 

  • Reviewing current initiatives to effectively improve the sales function of the organisation, both wholesale and retail, and monitoring the implementation of new processes and related workflows. 

  • Be actively involved in Project Management and to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with operational demands.  


Skills, Qualifications & Attributes: 

  • Experience in a leadership function, with proven Sales expertise;  

  • Have experience with managing projects, from initiation to closure;  

  • Have a positive approach to managing people;  

  • Ideally has exposure working in a similar industry.
